Job Description
The Finance Manager leads all financial activities of the company, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. This includes budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, risk management, and financial reporting. The role is critical in advising senior management, maintaining compliance, and securing the financial health of the organization.
- Develop and lead annual budgeting and multi-year financial planning
- Monitor company-wide financial performance and implement cost control strategies
- Analyze and present financial data to leadership, enabling strategic decisions
- Manage accounting, treasury, and financial control functions
- Maintain up-to-date financial models for scenario planning and growth forecasting
- Ensure compliance with corporate tax, VAT, audit standards, and government regulations
- Lead risk analysis related to investments, currency fluctuations, and cost of capital
- Oversee internal controls and financial policies; strengthen reporting frameworks
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and government bodies on financial matters
- Train, supervise, and evaluate department staff
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in financial management roles
- Strong knowledge of local and international financial regulations
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis using Excel and ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, complex reporting structures, and business partners
- Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
