Job Description
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining the ERP system and its related modules
- Monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring optimal uptime.
- Providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, ensuring efficient use of the system, and training them to prevent future technical issues.
- Technical organization of access and use of the system and information according to the specified authorities

Putting all precautions and alternative programs in case of any emergency - Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the system by developing and implementing data cleansing and standardization procedures.
- Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards to track key business metrics, ensuring accuracy, and achieving the required efficiency.
- Monitoring the security of access to the system and granting employees access to the systems according to the instructions of their direct manager, providing them with the necessary password and documenting the procedure.
- Manage system updates, apply necessary patches, stay up to date with best practices, collaborate with developers to resolve issues, implement system improvements, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the system.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo)
Skill in solving problems, cooperating with colleagues, working in a team spirit, and commitment to career progression. - Proposing mechanisms for continuous development and updating of the system used in the company.
- Submit periodic reports to the direct manager on work achievements and any difficulties encountered
