Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for end-users
- Log, analyze, and escalate technical issues
- Train users on features & system best practices
- Follow up with internal teams and vendors
- Participate in UAT and continuous improvements
- Analyze business processes & translate them into BRDs/User Stories
- Configure and test applications (Odoo, CRM, LMS)
- Prepare SOPs, training materials, and support UAT
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure system adoption
- Drive enhancements & process automation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis or ERP/LMS implementation.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Odoo, Moodle, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Experience writing BRDs
