You’ll establish close business relationship with the trade and plays an active role in the implementation of consumer & trade marketing programs.You manage in close relationship with all functions within regional M&S teams the implementation of consumer & trade marketing programs and monitor implementation KPIs and competitive activity.You contribute and implement (key) account plans and agreements and monitor (key) account compliance checks.You will report findings to the Regional Sales Manager and relevant Marketing & Sales teams.What Will You Do – ResponsibilitiesResponsible for effective implementation of JTI SA trade marketing strategies and through-the-line marketing strategies including merchandising, shelf-space, and promotional programs as defined by the central and regional M&S team. Monitors implementation progress, as well as the quality of materials used, and recommends corrective action where necessaryResponsible for field intelligence and data gathering through sales force automation tool providedResponsible for planning input, execution of KPI monitoring, and reporting results to the Regional Sales Manager, including, but not exclusive to, volume, pricing, stock management, and brand listingsResponsible for direct and indirect customer interface and trade relationship managementResponsible for the rolling forecast, LE, AP, and SP input and plans for the assigned territoryResponsible for the market/area budget planning and budget utilization in an effective and compliant mannerIn conjunction with the appropriate function in JTI SA initiate/terminate 3rd party relationships (contracts) regarding in-store promotional and advertising activities, under the supervision/approval process of JTI SAResponsible for providing input and implementing (key) account plans, and KA agreements and monitoring (key) account complianceWho are We Looking For – RequirementsA university degree or equivalent is preferable5 years experience in sales with distributor management, Travel Retail experience is a plusExperience in consumer/trade promotionsFluent English (required)Computer literate MS Office Suite, PowerBIKey Account Management and/or Project Management experienceDecision-making skillsAnalysis & Problem Solving skillsTime Management skillsInterpersonal skillsLogistics, forecast, and order management experienceUnderstanding of pricing and trade marginsField Intelligence & data gatheringKPI monitoring/reportingNegotiation skillsRecruitment process Thank you very much for your interest in the role.
