Job Description
- Revising and pointing out notes on documents before signed by Chairman
- Creating necessary reports/Memos
- Scheduling and organizing meetings and sending meeting notes/actions to attendees
- Assist with Travel arrangements
- Acting as a Liaison and Communicating Chairman’s instructions to the Directors and staff when needed
- Serve as the first point of contact to Chairman’s visitors at the office
- Process mail and distribute as necessary
- Draft and Edit correspondence, communications, presentations and any other document on behalf of Chairman or any other board member
- Regularly check supply and maintenance of office equipment to maintain professional quality
- Archiving Documents and Keeping Records on Behalf of the Chairman
- Assist on any new \ exists project as requested by Chairman
- Communication and follow-up with suppliers.
- Contacting forwarders to organize shipment freight
- Communicating and organizing with internal departments to maintain a smooth shipping operation
- Reporting orders statuses, SKUs, Qtys, amounts, payment dates and details to top management.
- Any other tasks assigned by Chairman
Job Requirements
- Maximum Age: 30

- Bachelor degree
- Experience at least two or three years as Chairman or CEO office manager is must
- Past experience working with top management
- Prefer to have experience in logistics
- Very good to excellent English level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook)
- Accountability and Adaptability skills
- High level of Organization skills and follow-up skills.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Time management skills and flexibility skills
