Job Description
- Developing a key account portfolio of customers by growing existing and acquiring new clients;
- Elaboration of a trading strategy for each key client in the entrusted portfolio and its regular updating.
- Tender and contract management between the clients and Kuehne + Nagel Egypt;
- Organizing and conducting business meetings, presentation of the company's services and projects, and obtaining feedback from clients;
- Coordinating the implementation of the new customer with respective supporting internal departments;
- Evaluation of qualitative and economic performance indicators of key clients;
- Engaging with Regional & Global Key Account Management Teams to leverage the success of the industry and create efficiency with the appointed customers.
Job Requirements
- Min. 5 years of sales experience in intermodal transport (Air, Sea, Land);
- Min. Bachelor degree in Business and/or Supply Chain Management;
- Comprehensive knowledge of the logistic market, allowing confident business goal setting and consultative sales approach;
- Ability to set priorities while focusing on the requirements and expectations of the clients;
- Good analytical and organization skills, accompanied by ability to work in teams and resilience to stress;
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written);
- Driver’s License Cat. B with willingness for business travel;
- Confident user of MS Office package, with focus on Excel
