Job Description
- Handling all purchasing activities of the premises including doing the purchasing orders as well as monitoring the shipments to ensure its arrival on time.
- Supervision and leading the reception team, mail room and business center.
- Issuing all payment requests for the department and following up with the finance team.
- Reviewing the expenses and monitoring the G&A budget and expenditure.
- Monitoring and programming the access cards as well as sending monthly attendance reports to all Lines of Businesses.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative work
- Good communication skills
- Good English
