Job Description

  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Tracking the employees’ attendance, warning letters (with and without loss), booking the formal and liberty employees’ tickets and submitting the salaries’ changes to the HR manager 25th of every month.
  • Helping in the recruitment plan with all the data submitted from the school principal and registration section.
  • Supports the Human Resource manager and department staff for the purpose of assisting in the performance of their work activities.
  • Participates in meetings that involve a range of issues (e.g. personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, inter-department needs, etc.) for the purpose of developing recommendations and/or supporting other staff.
  • Communicates with other employees, departments, administrators, applicants and the public for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment, substitute procedures, personnel records and related legal requirements.
  • Preparing the HR annual report with the support of HR manager to submitted to the BOD and school principal.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of a reputable Egyptian University, preferably with Business related studies
  • HR Diploma is a plus
  • Previous experience in HR of at least 1 year is a must
  • Previous exposure to HR areas, mainly recruitment, and personnel
