Organizes and manages the day-to-day running ofthe Managing Director’s affairs to ensure the provision of high-quality support.
Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office™ applications, or similar office applications, to develop and prepare documents and presentations from drafts, with prompt, accurate, and professional-looking results.
Manages, prioritizes, screens and monitors the Managing Director’s correspondence, including calls, emails, post, and fax to ensure they're dealt with appropriately.
Collects and researches information on assigned matters. Produces reports and statistical analyses as per the request of the Managing Director.
Close attention to detail in the preparation and review of documents.
Ensures that documentation is correctly filed, maintains an efficient filing system.
Ensures that relevant information is gathered and prepared to brief the managing
Director for meetings, trips, and events.
Manages the schedules to enhance effective time management and coordinates activities, prioritizes appointments and reschedules where necessary.
Complete urgent tasks efficiently and accurately, on short notice.
