- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, verifying information.
- Comparing client information to requirements.
- Entering client information; confirming pricing.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Handle customer inquiries
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Less than 30 Years.
- From 0-1 year Experience preferred in TA.
- Females Only.
- Verbal Communication.
- Fluent English language
