What you’ll get to do every day
- Identify potential new customers, initiate and close contracts (including terms and offers)
- Manage numerous customer accounts simultaneously and strategically
- Analyse sales metrics for seller accounts to help evolve seller strategy
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with existing customers
- Manage basic reporting tasks required for your position
- Liaise with other teams within the organization to ensure good operations
Job Requirements
The role
- We are looking for an autonomous Business Developer to drive phone and field-based acquisition activity.
- Passionate about outside sales, you’ll take on a key role in growing CALLR’s client base.
Requirements
- Experience in a sales role, ideally in the telecom sector, or closely related to telecom as a client, provider or business partner
- Experience in building customer relationships through negotiation and/ or account management
- Flexible, results-oriented, self-starter, comfortable with computer databases and tools
- Ability to succeed at planning, forecasting, and driving sales in an online business
- Proven track record of taking the initiative, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Own vehicle a plus
