Job Description

Personnel Responsibilities:

  • Assist in orienting the new employees to the company structure, policies and procedures through the induction program.
  • Create HR Strategies & Policies with relative forms & applications and Implement all Personnel policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all HR Practices are complying with Labor Law regulations.
  • Managing the daily complains and escalates if necessary.
  • Arrange & manage Payroll payment and Compensation procedures staff.
  • Establish Compensation & Benefits plan including all employees’ benefits & reward plans.
  • Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
  • Handle & follow-up all kinds of issues related to staff leave balances.
  • Follow-up on the renewal of the annual contracts in terms of sending the forms and the required signatures then put it in the employee’s file.
  • Assist in the medical insurance process according to company regulations. And make sure of its delivery to employees.
  • Manage all hiring and exit processes according to company policy.
  • Conduct salary surveys “if needed” to ensure that the company’s compensation structure is in line with the market.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Advertise all vacancies internally and externally through well-known recruitment channels.
  • Review resumes received; conducts formal and structured applicant screening through job interview via phone or face-to-face; recommends shortlisted candidates.
  • Prepare all documentation related to appointments including offer and rejection letters.
  • Attend Employment Fairs; presents the organization to the applicants; screens the applications and builds the CV database (hard & soft copies).
  • Prepare job offer as per the company salary structure.
  • Conduct the exit interviews and send reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Males only are required.
  • From 6-8 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years of experience in an HR position preferably in the IT industry.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is a MUST.
  • Excellent Command of MS office.
  • HR Diploma is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-Motivated and Able to work under pressure
  • Strong follow-up skills.
  • Excellent Problem solving skills, analytical skills, time management, team work, decision making skills, troubleshooting, creativity, coaching and mentoring.
