Job Description
- Follow-up with employees on their technical issues to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting and to ensure end user’s satisfaction.
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
- Provide quick resolution and excellent interpersonal skills
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Provide constant feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
- Keep record of problems and their solutions
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
- Tracking and following-up the IT hardware stock.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems related to network issues (LAN & WLAN) even over WAN.
- Network and switches and VLANs management.
- Work with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and troubleshoot daily problems.
- Work with the Kaspersky Security Center to keep clients updated and secured.
- Work with Sophos XG firewall and create firewall policies up on request.
- Work with VMware ESXI and backup systems (Veeams, Backup exec,veritas,….)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field
- 3-5 Years of experience.
- Experience in computer network, administration, hardware, and installation.
- proven Knowledge in Windows server services “”AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO…etc.”
- Proven knowledge in dealing with Office 365, Kaspersky Security Center, Sophos XG Firewall, VMware ESXI.
- CCNA and MCSA certificates are preferred (courses or self-study at least).
- Very Good proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
