About the Job
- Deals directly with the CEO
- Operates with all sectors of the company- following up on different departments and reporting to Manager in timely manner.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers; ensuring all paper work is complete.
- Develop presentations, responsible to collect and follow up to get content from different departments, and responsible for document management.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
- Can take efficient and professional meeting minutes, draft follow up memos, draft letters and email. Prepare executive responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence
- Attending and organizing/prepare any events such as company events or exhibitions.
- Perform administrative task as needed.
- Handle and Organize CEO travel expenses, bookings etc.
Office Management and Clerical Tasks
- Organize office operations and procedures – maintain office environment and condition
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain organized and responsible for filing and documentation system,
- Screening and receiving phone calls, inquirers and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, meet and Greeting visitors etc.
- Maintain inventory and office supplies. Anticipate office needs; evaluate new office products; place and often expedite orders when necessary.
- Ensure operation of office equipment, order maintenance when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Assistant should have fluent Arabic and English is a must and Non Negotiable.
- Excellent Computer skill - MICROSOFT OFFICE Excellent using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
- Females only
- 2+ years experience
Candidate Character:
- Should be a dynamic person, strong character, and team player.
- Presentable
- Details-oriented/ eye for details.
- Organizational skills are a must.
- Accountability and responsibility are a must.
- Hard-worker and result-driven.
- Basic Internet research skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office- Excellent.
Candidates will be working under LOTFY Industries: AbouLotfy is the popular Egyptian footwear and leather works factory and retail stores.
- Candidates will be reporting directly to the CEO
- The first 3 months are considered a probation period
- Net Salary Range 2500
- Working hours from 9.00 AM To 5.00 PM
- Day off: Friday
- Job Location: Heliopolis in front of Presidential Palace and Heliopolis Sporting Club
- Living in Nasr City-Heliopolis-New Cairo is preferred
