Job Description
- Will be responsible about all the administration tasks for all of our companies
- Answering phone calls.
- Receptionist and welcoming any guest and do the necessary actions
- Arranging all of the departments meeting and book the meeting room according to the priorities
- Responsible about the work of the office boys and the cleaning of the office and be sure every day from the image of our company.
- Assist the HR for arranging interview and scheduling it
- Following the CEO tasks with all the companies team and be sure that it will be finished on the time
Work Conditions:
- Location: 3 ST Lebanon | Mit Akaba | Agouza | Giza | Egypt
- 5 working days – our days off (Friday – Saturday).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
