Job Description
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling work orders and tracking progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other departments to ensure efficient work flow
- Track and analyze maintenance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in maintenance, engineering, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other departments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and respond to maintenance requests.
- Record-keeping: Accurate record-keeping and documentation skills.
