Job Description
- Meet & visit with clients post-software sale to gather data and information needed for ERP System customization.
- Create a project plan outlining tasks for the timely installation of customized ERP Systems for each client.
- Communicating with clients throughout the ERP customization process to obtain feedback and approval.
- Customizing ERP systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications.
- Educating and Training clients on how to use purchased ERP Systems and customized system features.
- Work on tasks as assigned by manager/team leader
Job Requirements
- BA / BS degree or equivalent.
- Very Good command of English.
- Very Good in Accounting
- Strong knowledge of business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Databases (SQL, MongoDB)
