Job Description
- Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
- To provide and report on the delivery of HR services to ensure they are delivered in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Create the policies & procedures for the Company.
- Develop a grading system for all levels in the Company.
- Propose benefit schemes based on the job levels.
- Provide HR procedures and competencies for career planning, succession planning.
- Recruitment: search, interview, and shortlist candidates with recommendations.
- Issue monthly reports related to headcount, resignations, leaves, etc.
- Create job descriptions for all staff members and review and update when needed.
- Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
- Work in line with the company requirements on Training Needs Assessment and conduct an annual training plan.
- Recommend, develop and schedule training with various training providers.
- Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
- Ensure that all staff are aware of the policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively.
- Make sure that all staff members have done the annual performance appraisal, summarize the staff appraisals, and highlight important comments in their appraisals.
- Develop HR budget for the Company.
Job Requirements
- Preferably from Damietta residence.
- Excellent experience in personnel.

- Bachelor's degree in related subject from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 15 years experience preferably in multinational companies.
- Very good in English both oral and written.
