Job Description

  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
  • To provide and report on the delivery of HR services to ensure they are delivered in the most efficient and effective manner.
  • Create the policies & procedures for the Company.
  • Develop a grading system for all levels in the Company.
  • Propose benefit schemes based on the job levels.
  • Provide HR procedures and competencies for career planning, succession planning.
  • Recruitment: search, interview, and shortlist candidates with recommendations.
  • Issue monthly reports related to headcount, resignations, leaves, etc.
  • Create job descriptions for all staff members and review and update when needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
  • Work in line with the company requirements on Training Needs Assessment and conduct an annual training plan.
  • Recommend, develop and schedule training with various training providers.
  • Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of the policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively.
  • Make sure that all staff members have done the annual performance appraisal, summarize the staff appraisals, and highlight important comments in their appraisals.
  • Develop HR budget for the Company.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably from Damietta residence.
  • Excellent experience in personnel.
  • excellent experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Bachelor's degree in related subject from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 15 years experience preferably in multinational companies.
  • Very good in English both oral and written.
  • Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
