Job Description
- Develop, manage, and optimize sales and rentals dashboards for all branches, providing real-time visibility on performance, trends, and targets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts for both sales and rentals, and analyze performance against targets (achieved vs forecasted).
- Identify lost project opportunities through dashboard insights and provide root cause analysis to guide strategic recovery.
- Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis, highlighting market position, pricing, competitive edge, and strategic differentiation.
- Provide clear, visually impactful, and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports, Power BI to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Analyze marketing ROI, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making for growth strategies.
- Track and report on SEO performance, visibility, and website ranking as part of competitor edge monitoring.
- Apply marketing frameworks (4Ps, SWOT) to recommend improvements in cost, quality, value proposition, or customer experience.
- Support the Marketing Manager in crafting strategic directions and aligning the department’s performance with company objectives.
- Stay current with the latest in AI tools, market intelligence platforms, and digital innovations that enhance data collection and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration (Marketing Major).
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) is required.
- Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or strategy.
- Advanced skills in Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint (professional-level visuals and presentations) and Power BI.
- Experience in using AI tools and SEO platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, industrial sales cycles, and regional/international market dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and extract key insights.
- Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement and competitive benchmarking.
