Job Description
- Maintain all the Head Office equipment (printers & PCs). This entails stores support for all around the week.
- Trouble shoot technical problems in the Head Office and provide solutions.
- Administer servers, desktop computers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches
- Build new networks for any new stores.
- Training employees on new systems
- Update the recipes with new items after the approvals.
- Update recipes with new items, quantities & prices.
- Pull POS reports to the concerned departments.
- Maintain the Matrix system (registers, receipt printers, screen)
- Maintain the Comsys Back Office (Stock Control, Purchasing System , Payroll. General Ledger, Fixed Assets. Attendance System , Account Receivable. Account Payable)
- Maintain all PCs including the software and the hardware.
- Supervise and monitor the users network.
- Supervise and maintain the functioning of the Email server for users in the head office and remote users.
- Maintaining the 3cx system at the head office.
- Maintaining the Camera system at the head office
Job Requirements
- Certified from Microsoft
- MCSE - Software - Hardware - Network - Systems.
- Preferable to have experience in restaurants or hotels.
