Job Description

  • Handle daily transactions & Payroll processing to guarantee smooth delivery of accurate payment for employees on timely basis.
  • Handle employees’ overtime and time allocation and include in payroll. Carry out timely & complete hiring / termination logistics.
  • Enter and maintain a variety of employee payroll deductions using manual and automated systems.
  • Review time sheets, work sheets and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • Record employee information, such as new employees, transfers and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records
  • Complete time sheets showing employees arrival and departure times.
  • Responsible for issues contracts ,deals with social insurance for new hires and also handles resignation or resigning employees
  • General, overall Personnel and Labor Relations practices and legal requirements
  • Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires (promotions, transfer, performance reviews, terminations ...etc.)
  • Follow up with medical insurance company and handling climes & complains

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience : 1-3 years
  • English : Excellent
  • Computer Skills : Excellent Excel & MS Office
  • High Communication Skills
