Job Description
- Supervise the work of the construction site to ensure quality of the constructions and installations are in accordance with drawings, specifications and local regulations following safety rules.
- Monitoring project to ensure that it’s proceeding according to schedule and within budget parameters.
- Review material and equipment submitted to ensure that they are in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the Client.
- Ensuring that Quality, HSE policies and legislation are adhered to the standards.
- Keep detailed site records for changes and progress of the construction site.
- Report any technical aspects of the Mechanical services that may affect construction progress and quality of services.
- Oversee installation, operation to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specification
- Direct the installation, operation, maintenance, or repair of air conditioning (HVAC) .
- Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with standards and customer expectations.
- Request supplies or materials to complete construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports.
- Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, or repair to ensure that machines or equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
- Perform personnel functions, such as supervision of workers, technicians.
- Prepare project documents, which includes but not limited to:
- Daily reports.
- Material Inspection Requests. (MIR)
- Work inspection requests. (WIR)
- Requests for information’s. (RFI)
- Variation orders.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- HVAC systems Knowledge
- Must possess strong site management skills
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Experience with supervision projects is preferred
- High communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail.
- Highly organized
