Job Description
- Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing the various strategy.
- Coordinate operations within the organization, including sales and payments.
- Ensure specified timelines are met.
- Follow-up and assistance in achieving goals by employees.
- Track goal progress periodically.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory.
- Evaluate employee performance and determine recruitment and training needs.
