Job Summary
- The Oracle CX Consultant main role is to learn how to use the different Modules functionalities & map them into the Client Solution “Best Practice” Using the Oracle methodology sequential stages.
- Support the Client during the Go live, Working on self-development & Share Knowledge, and one of the Examples is to Configure and customize financial application to match customer needs and to do a full cycle implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement the assigned tasks in assigned project.
- Work on the weak points to be developed.
- Transfer the gained knowledge to other team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree from a reputable University
- Experience not less than 2 years in the CX field and in dealing with Oracle Applications in the required field
- Professional appearance
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Very good Communications skills and interaction with Customers
