Job Description
- Oracle Fusion SCM Implementation: Lead and actively participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management module, with a strong focus on manufacturing processes as well as demand planning
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the SCM solution aligns with the company's supply chain and manufacturing needs
- Solution Development: Design, customize, and develop SCM solutions within Oracle Fusion to meet business requirements, including procurement, inventory management, demand forecasting, and efficient manufacturing processes
- System Integration: Integrate the SCM module with other ERP components and external systems as required, ensuring seamless coordination between manufacturing and SCM
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the SCM system operates efficiently, meeting quality and performance standards, especially in the context of manufacturing
- User Training: Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively utilize the SCM system, including manufacturing-specific functionalities
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and system processes, with a special focus on manufacturing workflows
- Support and Maintenance: Offer ongoing support and resolve system issues, providing timely solutions and updates as needed, particularly in manufacturing operations
- ERP Deployment: Utilize your extensive experience in Oracle Fusion and SCM, especially in a manufacturing context, by actively participating in the deployment of ERP systems
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or Information Technology
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion's Supply Chain Management module, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing
- Proven experience in successfully deploying at least two ERP systems, with a focus on SCM and manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of SCM concepts, processes, best practices, and manufacturing workflows
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications, including customization and configuration for manufacturing efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both SCM and manufacturing contexts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including manufacturing teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in supply chain and manufacturing settings
- Oracle certifications in Fusion or SCM are a plus
