Job Description
- Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation: Lead and actively participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management module, with a strong focus on HR processes and talent management.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the HCM solution aligns with the company’s HR and talent management needs.
- Solution Development: Design, customize, and develop HCM solutions within Oracle Fusion to meet business requirements, including Core HR, Workforce, and Talent Management.
- System Integration: Integrate the HCM module with other ERP components and external systems as required, ensuring seamless coordination between HR and HCM.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the HCM system operates efficiently, meeting quality and performance standards, especially in the context of HR.
- User Training: Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively utilize the HCM system, including HR-specific functionalities.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and system processes, with a special focus on HR workflows.
- Support and Maintenance: Offer ongoing support and resolve system issues, providing timely solutions and updates as needed, particularly in HR operations.
- ERP Deployment: Utilize your extensive experience in Oracle Fusion and HCM, especially in an HR context, by actively participating in the deployment of ERP systems.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Business, or Information Technology.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion’s Human Capital Management module, with a strong emphasis on HR.
- Proven experience in successfully deploying at least two ERP systems, with a focus on HCM and HR.
- In-depth knowledge of HCM concepts, processes, best practices, and HR workflows.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications, including customization and configuration for HR efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both HCM and HR contexts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including HR teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in HR settings.
- Oracle certifications in Fusion or HCM are a plus.
