Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordination activities and tasks related to training programs such as material arrangements, evaluation forms,…etc
- Responsible for smooth operation with clients' needs and trainers.
- Create a training schedule that includes all areas of practice.
- Build rapport with trainees and encourage them to report their feedback honestly for evaluation and analysis.
- Research and evaluate training programs to automate the administrative functions of the department
- Order training supplies and materials to enhance instruction program
- Responsible for assisting trainers in their orientation in terms of classes topics well as account manager's responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Presentable.
- Bachelor degree in business administration (preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years in the same position..
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication skills.
