Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordination activities and tasks related to training programs such as material arrangements, evaluation forms,…etc
  • Responsible for smooth operation with clients' needs and trainers.
  • Create a training schedule that includes all areas of practice.
  • Build rapport with trainees and encourage them to report their feedback honestly for evaluation and analysis.
  • Research and evaluate training programs to automate the administrative functions of the department
  • Order training supplies and materials to enhance instruction program
  • Responsible for assisting trainers in their orientation in terms of classes topics well as account manager's responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • Presentable.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in the same position..
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
