Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring relationships with corporate customers.
- Manage corporate customer accounts with diligence and professionalism.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products, aligning with customer needs and objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports on account status.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or
similar role. - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
