Position Overview
We are seeking to hire qualified candidates for the role of Media Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Media Relations Coordinator will be responsible for various communication tasks, coordinating information dissemination, media relations and maintaining effective communication channels.
Job Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of communication plans.
- Collaborate with the communication team to create engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, social media platforms, and websites.
- Support the coordination of related events.
- Research relevant topics and prepare background materials.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in communications, journalism, PR, or similar.
- Prior experience in communications or event management.
- Experience in media relations is a must.
- Strong written & verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in communication tools & social media platforms.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt.
- Excellent organization & multitasking skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to collaborate.
- Fluent English.
