Job Description
- Coordinate and support the sales team in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and production to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations, meetings, and events.
- Track sales targets, generate regular sales reports, and analyze sales data for management review.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to manage stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all sales processes.
