Job Description
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project scope and requirements.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs for construction works.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate technical and financial data for proposals.
- Ensure tender submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered within deadlines.
- Conduct risk analysis, review contract terms, and identify potential impacts.
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends to support competitive pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure alignment between tendering and execution plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of tender submissions and outcomes.
- Support management in negotiations and post-tender clarifications with clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12–15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in tendering management.
- Strong background in tender preparation, cost estimation, and proposal analysis.
- Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Primavera.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of contract terms, risk management, and construction methodologies.
