Job Description
- identify and monitor tender opportunities from public and private sector clients
- Lead the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documents (technical, financial, legal).
- Coordinate inputs from internal departments (e.g., technical, legal, finance, operations) to ensure comprehensive and compliant submissions.
- Analyze tender documents and assess risks, feasibility, and fit with company capabilities and goals.
- Review tender outcomes and provide feedback to the leadership team to improve future submissions
- Develop templates, processes, and best practices for improving bid quality and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelore degree in civil enginneering
- Work as a back office for a Saudi company or work at Saudi Arabia before
- Knowledge of the Saudi code
