Job Description
- Review the documents related to the process of adding and disbursing from the inventory and ensure their completion.
- Review the recording of the exchange movement and add to the Odoo program to search for and fix the differences between the actual inventory and the book.
- Responsible for coding items and suppliers on the system.
- Follow-up and control of the purchase process from its inception until making sure that it is completed and receiving the items in the store.
- Carrying out periodic and random inventory work and issuing reports to management.
- Preparing a daily demand limit report to be sent to the purchasing department to take the necessary action.
- Following up on product prices, reviewing price offers, and directing management’s attention in the event of price deviations.
- Preparing stagnant stock reports periodically and sending them to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Industrial background
- At least 3- 5 years Inventory Controller
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Communication and report writing skills
