Job Description
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
- Follow-up purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases.
- Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed.
- Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items.
- Coordinate regular inventory audits.
- Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams .
- Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments).
- Ensure purchases do not exceed budget.
- Daily review of the stock status.
- Prepare related reports and stock-take results.
- Plan Daily customer shipment.
- Track shipments and address any delays.
- Warehouses Document flow Tracking.

- Organize & Manage Warehouses monthly counting.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Accounting or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Stock Controller in manufacturing field.
- Working knowledge of inventory management software.
- Active participation in inventory audits.
- Excellent in using Excel.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
