- Conduct the needed analysis and participation to design, compile, and improve HR systems including processes, policies, and procedures and recruitment cycle.

- Design and Implement organization development systems including competencies & culture development, organization structure, grading system, promotion and transfer, performance management, training & development, retention programs, employees relations, knowledge management, and productivity improvement projects to ensure alignment with HR strategy

- Establish and conduct the needed HR audit and scorecards systems to ensure compliance of all departments to HR systems.
|
- Design and implement KPIs and Appraisal systems aligned with objectives and company's competencies.
|
- Coordinate with departments’ heads and provide the needed support and technical assistance in all organization development practices and recruitment process to ensure compliance with OD and recruitment policies.
|
- Creating and updating HR policies base on HR manager request.
|
- Ensure HR information's system is aligned with company polices and request changes if needed
|
- Design and oversee implementation of recruitment system to ensure availability of wide pool of talent on time and providing the best fit on time with optimum employment cost.
|
- Conducting Hr interviews for senior and middle management levels
|
- Pursue any other activities within the job scope assigned by his direct supervisor.
