Job Description
- Perform all tasks related to recruitment & On-boarding cycle for white & Blue collars.
- Discuss & Collect Data regards staff needs & Manpower Planning.
- Submit whole company organization chart by attending one-one meeting with managers and top management.
- Supervise & Review the whole company job descriptions and make sure of its updating process quarterly.
- Investigates and resolves day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line managers.
- Assists in career development issues, discussing career paths with line managers and recommending suitable candidates for promotion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Other studies : HR diploma is A must
- Residency : Alexandria resident
- Experience : 2-4 years experience in HR ( minimum 1 year in same position).
- Working conditions : 5 days/week ( Friday&Saturday) OFF
- Working hours : 8 AM To 4 PM
