Operations Agent (B2B Online Booking System)

Main Job Duties:

• Review bookings with suppliers and hotels.
• Resolve cases with clients and hotels.
• Follow up with travel agents for future bookings.
• Update bookings with hotels confirmation number on daily bases.
• Make offline booking.
• Daily check on the system.
• Check and reply daily emails.
• Achieve department target.
• Handle cases after hours.
