Job Description
- Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
- Record and track stock levels using inventory management systems.
- Regularly conduct physical counts of inventory and reconcile with inventory records.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in stock levels and take corrective actions.
- Ensure proper storage of materials, equipment, and products, maintaining an organized and efficient storage area.
- Label, tag, and categorize stock appropriately.
- Optimize storage space to accommodate new inventory and ensure easy retrieval.
- Issue materials and products to various departments as per requests.
- Prepare goods for dispatch, including packaging, labeling, and completing relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Prepare regular inventory reports for management.
- Ensure that inventory data is up-to-date and reflects the actual stock on hand.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store to prevent accidents and damage to stock.
- Conduct regular inspections of the store to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Work closely with the purchasing department to reorder stock as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales department to understand upcoming needs and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position
- Hands-on experience with software ERP
- Good knowledge of Warehouse strategies.
- Full knowledge of MS Office, advanced in Excel
- Males only.
- Place of residence must be Giza or Cairo.
