Overall, Purpose of the Job:

• Responsible for receiving and storing materials in the main and projects stores according to the standard method to preserve them and to release according to adopted releasing procedure.
• Keeps the stock safe with updated accurate records on a regular basis.
• Responsible for displaying all inventory information that is requested, such as the total quantity of products supplied to the project or the total amount dispatched from the material, the outgoing for specific activity, the dispatched values to be deducted from the contractor accounts ... etc.
• Primary receivable for all materials delivered to the store to be displayed on the examination officer (if necessary) to match the materials supplied with a copy of the purchase order in terms of product specifications, quantities, and expiry date.
• Store materials in its safe mode to facilitate the process of dispatching later and store it according to the instructions.
• Allocate labels on every material that shows its name, code and expiry date.
• Issuing materials based on the approved Issuing Voucher from the competent authority manually or using warehouse ERP system.
• Record all materials’ transactions on daily basis on each material statement to calculate its balance.
• Provide technical assistance and to respond to inquiries from his peers at the store.
• Provide a report to sort the idle inventory and the expiry date and report to the manager of the project and warehouse manager.
• Ensure safety code for all stores in terms of ventilation and the presence of fire extinguishers.
• Application of the regulations and procedures for the warehouse, including the documentation cycle on the Oracle program.
• Implement HSE policies and regulations.
