Job Description

  1. Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and consumers behaviors.
  2. Identify target segmentations and define brand positioning.
  3. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from Idea to execution.
  4. Lead in developing seasonal, annual, and long-term marketing strategies and plans for in-line and new products, and in existing and new markets.
  5. Lead in the development of marketing plans, sales forecasts, profit, and expenses for assigned brands/product and other marketing opportunities such as promotions, packages, and campaigns.
  6. Develops, coaches, and monitors team members.
  7. Managing and following up with the PR team and Social Media team to come up with new ideas for SM content/Ads and campaigns. 
  8. Report monthly/weekly sales metrics and provides insights to the internal team on how to grow the business.
  9. Develop strong working relationship key strategic brands. Communicate regularly to outline the company's specific needs, provide feedback on launches, including category analysis.
  10. Work to build and execute plans that deliver annual sales, monthly/quarterly forecast, and profit goals.
  11. Drive brand awareness through engaging with different audience groups.
  12. Plan and build strong marketing campaigns to support the brand.
  13. Lead by example and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience.
  14. Measuring and reporting sales performance to ensure sale targets are achieved.
  15. Develop seasonal marketing calendar to maximize launches and strategic focus. Ensure ongoing update and communication of the calendar to all relevant stakeholders.
  16. Assess ROI by evaluating the performance of marketing activities.
  17. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration from GUC/BUE/AUC.
  • 6+ years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing in Consumer Goods industry.
  • Experience in media planning, advertising, creative and concept development.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
