Job Description

Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce platform and reporting sales based on the targets
Reporting the sales for platform daily & weekly basis
Propose and develop ideas to improve e-commerce platform in terms of customer’s experience and satisfaction
Check & update stocks & prices for products daily based on warehouse
Adjusting and sorting products SKUs for website & mobile application based on different attributes
Updating banners and designs theme for website & mobile application
Implementing promotion & offers on website & mobile application to drive sales
Reporting analytics for e-commerce platform weekly basis
Follow-up on collections and cash transfers through financials sheets from shipping companies
Reporting shipping companies in terms of performance operations and financials
Check and update stocks and prices for marketplace daily based on warehouse and price list
Follow-up and checking with Warehouse team for orders data to be matched between platform and system
Creating order sheet from e-commerce platform and issuing AWBs for warehouse fulfillment orders
Creation new content for products on e-commerce platform and marketplaces
Follow-up on payment installment financially and checking its performance on e-commerce platform
Verify payment methods through dashboard compared to e-commerce platform
Reporting financials payment transactions for website & mobile application
Follow-up and work on integrations applications for Shopify to enhance customer’s experience with developers
Creating invoices based on POs and creations sheets from marketplace vendors
Follow-up with warehouse on delivered and returned items/orders from customer for e-commerce platform
Fulfillment customer’s requests (refunds, re-orders & cancellation) through e-commerce platform
Development for e-commerce workflow and enhancements to perform effectively
Monthly visit for online warehouse and reporting the visit to the manager
Performs other job-related duties as assigned from direct manager
Performs other job-related duties as assigned from direct manager or director

Job Requirements

-BSc degree in Business Administration/logistics or related field
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
experience in e commerce and Shopify is a must
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Willingness to learn & Multitasking
Very good command of Arabic & English
