Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware or software issues.
- Repair and replace damaged computer and network components.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
- Support employees whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.
- Maintain and update technical documentation on a regular basis.
- Test new hardware and software before full-scale installation.
- Do other related job tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant.
- Strong adequate experience in a relevant industry or field.
Experience:
- From 0 to 2 years of experience as IT help desk.
- Full technical ability and proficiency with the relevant software and hardware.
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
- Ability to integrate well into teams & work towards achieving team results.
- Ability to communicate and interact within departments to achieve the desired results.
- Shows continuous improvement by taking initiative and accepting responsibilities.
