• Ensure pupil wellbeing and safeguarding.
• Promote school ethos, values, and positive relationships.
• Adhere to policies, engage in pastoral and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain clear communication; serve as form tutor.

2. Pupil Support

• Assess individual pupil strengths and needs.
• Facilitate inclusive learning and independence.
• Provide tailored instructional support and interventions.
• Address behavioral/emotional needs; manage IEPs.
• Engage parents; support pupils during exams; track progress.

3. Teacher Collaboration

• Assist teachers with planning and implementing IEPs.
• Communicate regularly with teachers.
• Act as liaison between teachers and pupils.
• Handle administrative tasks (grading, record-keeping).

4. School-wide Responsibilities

• Support across all key stages.
• Participate in school events and visits.
• Collaborate within teams; maintain confidentiality.
• Attend professional development and undertake additional duties assigned.
