Job Description
- Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students in the National Section, adhering to the national curriculum standards.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities that foster language proficiency and critical thinking.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student development and address academic or behavioral concerns.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Support students in developing strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Uphold school policies, values, and code of conduct in all interactions with students and staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a national curriculum setting.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students at the elementary or secondary level.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the national education standards and curriculum requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into classroom instruction.
