Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and system and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Asses staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operation .
  • Managing schedules and deadlines.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints .
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Oversee facilities services , maintenance activities .
  • Organize and supervise other office activities ( recycling, renovation , event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operation adhere to policies and regulation .
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business development.

Job Requirements

  • University degree from Faculty of commerce or similar discipline.
  • Experience 7-10 years.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Time Management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Creative , fast, learner and a hard worker.
