Job Description
- Identify and acquire new customers and accounts.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and mange meetings.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base.
- Assessing team performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisitions and renewals
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales performance.
- Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients and address customer needs
- Achieve mutually assigned revenue targets set by management
- Responsible for market research when necessary
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
- MUST have a strong network of prospect clients and ability to build new leads quickly
- +7 years of experience in business development, sales management, or relevant fields
- Degree in Business Administration or Business Information System
- Background Finance or IT
- Have a background in the outsourcing field
