Job Description
- ( Transmission and communication towers )
- Responsible for the detailing department at Tower Division
- Providing detailing expertise for solving detailing challenges.
- Providing expertise in complex work orders
- Identifying project constraint and dealing with it.
- Developing monthly reports, schedules, plans, design issues for projects and submitting it in time.
- Training for less experience employees.
- Training for less experience staff and transfer knowledge.
- Cooperate with administration and submitting employees related forms and reports in time.
- Suggesting ideas to improve the system in company.
- To do Risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team.
- Control project documents.
Job Requirements
- BSC. of Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in detailing field - transmission and communications towers
- Use Bocad Software modeling
- Autocad
- Management skills
- Attention to details
