About the Job

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the agency clients to fulfill their social media marketing requirements according to a defined budget, suggest and recommend the proper budget and activities to achieve the client’s goals.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Create social media campaigns that drive target buyers to client sites and generate leads for our clients.
  • Collaborate with different departments (customer relations, sales… etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages audience engagement and increase reachability.
  • Implementing Social Media SEO tactics aligned with our clients’ keyword and SEO strategies.
  • Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules, moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports for analysis.
  • Conduct competitive analysis studies on client competitors, including digital footprint analysis.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
Job Requirements
  • Proven working experience in social media or related field, with at least 3 years in a creative agency or digital agency environment.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to self-manage projects under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels, strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
  • Exhibits solid communication skills in order to effectively execute tactical plans to clients and internal teams, positive attitude, attention to details and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluency in English
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
