Job Description
- Manages & Monitors KPIs
- Coordinate between the employees and the other departments (HR, IT, Fleet and Finance, Etc...).
- Keep the work group informed of progress against work schedules, process and polices.
- Ensure that all process cycles follow in the correct way between the internal SKY’s departments for the requests and problem escalation.
