Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Job Requirements
1- Have previous experience in selling service
2- min 3 years experience
3- previous experience in selling to KSA is preferred
4-A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
5-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6-The ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients over the phone.
7-Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
8-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
